Well, i was suppose to write this update on 21st October but i can’t seems to upload my photos. That’s why i’ve been delaying my post for quite some time, also need to upgrade my current Wordpress to 2.6.1

Anyway, because i couldn’t upload my photos, that’s why i can’t show you something, some proof that is better show than said.

Anyway, this previous blog was suppose to be about my K.K trip, helping out at the Borneo International Marathon. But since it was nearly 1 month ago’s story, i might as well just ignore it.

and what is “Cha Cheng?” Well, actually it should sounds like “Ka Chng!!”, you know the older type of cash register machine, BUT! Because i am a chinese, so for some people, they would miss interprete the “Ka Chng(cash register sound)” into “KA CHENG!”(BUTT)… so, i might as well put it “Cha Cheng!”

So, what does this Cha Cheng has to do with me? i just changed my 5 yrs Asus lap top(2 keyboards! Well, the original one spoilt so i bought a RM30 to replace it.. and also the battery was totally spoilt, it act more like a desktop than a lap top to me… ) to this newer one below, Acer Aspire. The cheapest range i got, it cost only RM1800, and took me 2 days to earn it and pay for my lap top.

Did i just say 2 days? YES! It’s 2 DAYS! when i was still figuring about the features of this new lap top, apparently i only need Dreamweaver, Photoshop, fire fox and some software i purchased for my Internet Marketing, and i can start making money online.

I got an email from Paypal, reminding a payment i received for a service i provided. It was USD 1200. After deducting all expenses, i still got about USD600, multiply exchange rate at 3.3, you do the maths. More than enough to pay off my new lap top.

Well, Internet Marketing is one real potential business i would recommend you to get serious into, especially when we are lack of cash, and without cash, we can’t start doing any business. So without a business, we have to continue working for our boss or bosses( i know some people got more than 1 job in their daily routined life).

I started Internet Business since 2004, but only got serious about it in 2007. I never made a dime in my first 3 months, because i had totally no idea what it’s all about. I am currently writting some free reports that would help you out so feel free to subscribe.

Remember, Internet Marketing is like planting an Apple fruit tree. You might not be getting your Apples at the first year, and you still need to spend times taking good care of the trees. But when it’s the right time, the apples would grow all over the trees( it all depends on how well you previously took care of the tree), and you will be hearing “Plock Plock Plock…”, apples dropping from the trees… Apples = Money! More Apples, More Money!

and… wait… MORE APPLE TREES = MORE INCOME!

Now, everyone is asking me, Jayden! How many streams of Internet Incomes available?

Well.. hmmm, legal or illegal ? If illegal, it would be hundreds including uploading piracy softwares or movies.

Anyway, to tell the truth, i frankly have no idea how many types of Internet Incomes available… but, all i know is what sort of incomes i am currently having and profitable in long term.

Let me list out a few which you can benefit from:

1. Affiliate Income : Affiliate Income, selling someone’s product and they give you commissions. This is one good way of making great income, i have a few websites which is affiliate income related, well, it’s making good money To start up with some product, you can go to http://www.clickbank.com.

2. Adsense Income : This is by far the most popular and easiest income if you already had a blog or website. BUT please don’t combine your affiliate website with adsense. Ok, adsense = ads by google. You always get to see a lot of ads by google when you browse through friendster, if you place some ads by google in your affiliate website, most likely you are driving your customers to some other website… haha… so, that doesn’t make sense.

3. Your own business : you can always start up a web business which you can tied up with your own current business. Imagine living in a small town, you definitely want to expand your business to some other country, example : Pepper is so cheap here but it is expensive in Russia. Birdnest is cheap here compared in HK or China.

Always identify a market and your own personal interest, before creating a website selling some products. You don’t want to create a website that is selling a product which no one is looking for. You don’t want to sell a product which has been in the Market for too long and competitive, unless you don’t mind to do it slowly, and wait for your fruits to grow after 1 year.

The logic flow of Internet Marketing :

1. Identify the market you want to be in - Make sure it’s something you are passionate about. (Example : If you are a photographer, you can create a website that write about Camera Lens review, and sign up for camera lens affiliate product.)

2. Search for your keyword - keyword is important! You got the right keyword, you get the right traffic.

3. Create a website - You can either get someone to do that for you, or d.i.y using dreamweaver or Frontpage.

4. Drive traffic - This is a little wide and requires some times to learn, but there’s never a short cut to drive tons of traffic to your website. traffic = visitors.

5. Continue step 1 - 4, keep building new website, maintain your old website.

Ok, after my previous post, after complaning about the sucky KPJ( Kuching Specialist Hospital),  i decided to search for a new Doctor recommended by my galfriend.

Doctor Tiong Tung Hui @ Timberland.

the clinic was crowded with lotsa patients, 50% of them are not from Kuching (i.e Pontianak & Bau, Serian or others), very good business. It took me 45 minutes waiting but after the visit, this is definitely worth it!

When i was in the room, they check my visual, and after that i show Doctor Tiong the swell part, and he use some equipment to examine it, touch it and even check to make sure it did not effect my eye sight.

Then he explained to me what this is, what caused it and how to remove it. I was so confident about him because this is exactly what i want to know! So i ask if surgery is needed and he said yes, it’s better to do a surgery as this thing would grow bigger from time to time, and he said he will give me some BETTER Antibiotics but it would be COSTLY!

When i heard of that word “COSTLY”, after the previous visits to the lousy Doctor in KPJ, i am a bit aware about the situation. So, Dr Tiong told me to better arrange a time for a surgery, i head to the counter to get my medicine.

For such a great detailed check up compared to the previous doctor, look at the price.. RM 85!!! I wouldn’t find this costly because this is what i am paying for, knowing what happened to the swell part and how to prevent it or what to do about it.

Not paying RM108 without knowing anything about it, i guess that doctor Wong doesn’t even know what actually happened to my eyes, i feel like his intention is to simply get rid of you, rip you off once and if things didn’t go well, come back again and rip you off again. I’ve no idea what is his problem but he is definitely not the right person to be a doctor.

After paying RM85, i asked about the Surgery part, especially the price, well, when you talk about Surgery, we would be imagine RM1,000 above; guess how much the nurse told me… ? If not a major one, less than RM200. If need to anaesthetize it, would cost around RM500, CHEAP WUD!

Well, Doctor Tiong is what i would say a good doctor, a doctor who understand what a patients want, know how to explain the cause, and the solution for the problems. As for Doctor Wong? He’s giving me a feeling of doing a 1 time business, slaughter you once and that’s it, no more business deal in future.

People pay for a certain solution to their problems, not uncertainty. 2 thumbs up for Dr Tiong!

Well,I definitely need to complain about this, I went to Kuching Specialist Hospital on 03/10/2008, around 11:50. That time having my swell eyes, i decided to visit a doctor or any specialist. When i think of Specialist, it reminds me of Kuching Specialist, which is the nearest around my house. Anyway, the swell was smaller on the 3rd Oct.

I walked towards the receptionist and show them my problem and well, i choose to either visit a Skin doctor or Eye specialist. I would prefer Skin Specialist but they are all out, so they recommended me Dr Wong, who’s a Surgeon. well, i was a but reluctant at first but since he is a doctor, maybe he can at least advise something.

I went to first floor, first room on the right, it says “Dr Wong Leh Ming”. I register myself and gave them my numbers. It took him less than 30 seconds to figure out why my eye swells, below is the conversation.

Jayden walk into the room, Shake hand with him and said “Selamat Hari Raya”.

D Wong :”So you’ve visited here previously.”

J :”Yes”

D Wong :”Anyway, what’s your problem?”

*I took off my specs, and showed him the swollen part, and told him i accidentally poke it and now might have infection.

D Wong :”It’s ok, take antibiotic will do”

J : “Can you at least poke it and squeeze those dirt or anything?”

D Wong :”No, it’s better to not do anything about the eyes and nose area, because a lot of nerve systems are involved.”

J :”Ok, so any ways to make it better? “

D Wong :”Just take antibiotics, it will get better in 3 days, any diabetes or high blood? You are pretty young.”

J :”No diabetes, no high blood, but i did not went for check up for the last 2 years already.”

D Wong :”Ok, go down stair and take antibiotics.”

J :”Are you sure just antibiotics will do?”

D Wong :”Yes, 3 days later the swell will gone, if not, come back again…”

- End of conversation - All this happened in less than 3 minutes!

He gave me a piece of paper, and there’s a tick, saying consultation fee “60 - 120″. Ok, i am a bit aware about it, because previously i had a really terrible headache and i couldn’t sleep, that was early 4AM and i went to KPJ and they only charge me less than RM80 for injection and medicine.

I queued downstairs and they gave me some medicines and i received my bills.

6 tablet of Antibiotics and consultation fee, guess how much that cost? RM 108!

Fine, well, if RM108 can cure or at least make it better, i don’t mind paying.

i finish my antibiotics yesterdays and today, my friend said the swell is getting bigger!

i just took this photo and tomorrow definitely i am going to visit ANOTHER DOCTOR!

First, i find this Dr Wong very “PROFESSIONALS!” He didn’t even ask about my swell and jump to conclusion to take antibiotics for 3 days! What the F?! How can you fking jump to conclusion without knowing anything from the patient?

So, a few days later, i found out from one of my friend, that he just got out from General Hospital practice. Well, am not sure about it, but this type of doctor should not even be a doctor! How can you solve a problem when you don’t even know the cause? Trying your luck?

I paid the money, equivalent to RM20 for a minute, and without knowing what actually cause the swell, and what can i do about it. This guy is definitely black listed! Don’t ever visit this doctor, i can even be a doctor if he is to treat every patients like that.

and guess what, before entering the room, i saw 4 big words in chinese “????”?meaning doctor with great skills. I think i should change it to “????”, go ask what does that mean. But seriously, this doctor? one word to describe - “SUCKS!”
